The 2009 class has created something unusual to see in a Kansas City home. They used solar power, geothermal power, high efficiency HVAC and ductwork, and a wind turbine! Personally, I don't think I would keep the bathrooms black but the inside is pretty amazing. Good flow; brilliant design. The building is a work of art.
